New Phone number, tried other options on community already

I have changed my number as I am travelling in new zealand and no longer have access to my old phone so can not access the app anymore.

I have tried logging in with my of number and pressing the “forgot my passcode button” but it next asks me to put the last 4 digits of my card and then says “verification failed” even though I have the card here infront of me.

HELP!!!

Did you change your number in :r:? If so, you just have to login with your old PIN :slight_smile:

If you didn’t change it, after you click Forgot?, look for a Support button instead of trying to recover your PIN :wink:
