New phone can't syncronize my cart with the phone

Hi everyone have bought a new phone and I wanted to synchronize my cart who is already created on my new phone but it doesn’t work . Any help please :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

If you are logged in on your new phone then you do not need to relink your card. it would just appear under Cards.

Hi Henry thanks a lot for your answer. So I’ve got a new phone with the revolt app on it, but when I go into “Cards” my card doesn’t appear at all. It asks me to syncronize my existing card and when I go for it it says it can’t be linked. Do you know what to do?

Hey Mehdi, did you login using the same phone number etc.? If so, the best thing to do is contacting support via the In App Chat. Type “live agent” to talk to a customer service agent.
