New member can't register via app


I recommended Revolut to a friend in the UK as a result of the latest promotion and he can’t get any further than entering his postcode. The address appears in the drop down list but when he clicks on it, it returns him to the postcode field. Revolut support also seem incapable to resolve after 5 days of messaging. Any ideas before I also delete this app in favour of something better?
