New customer with no support

New customer and the in app support is showing offline for the past 2 days and I don’t know if you are reviewing my ID as it shows a red (!) above it?

I have put money in here already to send to a friend and it has been over 24hrs now. Does anyone know how to contact them?

This doesn’t give you much confidence with a company that’s handle your money without any backup support.

I think you need to look at the way you support your customers as one system which has been down for 48 hours is not good enough for a company that is handling money.
