I broke my phone on which was installed the Revolut application and my money. I am now on a new phone with the same phone number. I downloaded again the application but she does not suggest connecting on my account, just to create a new account. So I created an account with the same informations as on the old but all the money’s gone. What i have to do ?
When you move to a new phone, you can log in with your previous details. If you change phone numbers, you can also have your phone number updated.
You may have created an entirely new account, which may be why the balance in the new account is different to the old account.
