New Account Setup

Hello,

I didn’t realise Revolut wasn’t available in Australia when I signed into the app.

I live between Australia and Switzerland.

So I tried to delete it and put my Swiss address and passport details in but i’m still stuck on the in que screen. How do I go back and update my country?

Are you able to write them message by in-app chat? If not- use Twitter.

I think my friend is experiencing a similar type problem. She is being asked to verify her ID’s in the app. When she takes the photo of the ID and then herself she is receiving a message to say it has not been completed. We have tried it multiple time and nothing has worked.

Does anyone know what the issue could be with this?

Hi I have issues authenticating and setting up my account.
I open the app from my phone scanned my ID and sent a picture as requested and the process of verifying my account have stopped at 60% for 2 days now. There is nothing else i can do no option available to do anything else. How can i move forward?
