New Account Registration

Same as Noura,
went up to the page to upload document and nothing work. Clicking on continue bring me back to the same page.
I’m also not able to change my citizenship.
I’ve already restarted my mobile phone, cleared the cache, even installed the app on tablet and tried with it… Same issue.
Now I’m even getting “An error occured. please try later.”

I am having the exact same problem. I have done al the basic troubleshooting steps but it still won’t work. I have also seen on social media that other users are having this problem recently. How do I fix this?

I have the same problem, I would like to open an account, but on the page of selecting documents to upload, when I select any option it does not work.

  1. i have downloaded the updated Revolut app
  2. i have restarted your device
  3. i have cleared the cache cookies of your phone
  4. ihave a strong wifi connection

Hello!
I have a problem with registration Revolut account.

Revolut app stoped in step, when I need take the document photo and shows this error.

APP I reinstal several times, cleared the cache cookies. WIFI internet is OK.
What can I do to be able to take a photo of the document and complete the registration?

@SG.Mandal if more than one person is having the same problem i don’t think that redirecting all to social media channels will be very helpful…

I have Installed revolut app, deposited 50 £ and now I’m unable to verify my account it keeps taking me back no matter whatever I try.


When I click verify, it shows to select and option and continue, but when I continue, it loads and takes me back to the same step with no debugs shown!

Hi, I have a problem when the app try to open camera to make the photo of the document id. The app not open camera.

I have tried in 3 mobile differents, always the same error.

9.24.2 was my first, only, and probably last versions :slight_smile: looking at alternatives since it’s imposible to create an account. That’s just step zero of a digital company, Revolut should have all hands on deck solving it.

I’m also having issues. Simply can’t get trough the document part. I can’t take a pic of my documents. You’re having the same?

I got the same problem as well. All works fine till i should upload original documents. I can check all options but none works. There is simply no ongoing procedure. I already deleted revolut app and installed after reststart again. But same happend again.

As it was written this try must be deleted by Revolut to try again but i did not get any answer. I tried support email and also social media. There my message wasn’t even read…

Who can help? How can i get rid of this problem? Thank you
