New Account Registration

Good afternoon,

I have just registered as a new user in your app. I will soon be making my honeymoon to the USA and I would like to be able to use it.

When configuring my profile, the APP asks me for my nationality and gives me this error that I am attaching without being able to continue.

I have already tried to uninstall the APP a couple of times and try again but it leaves me blocked in the same place.

Could you give me a solution to be able to register?

  1. You have downloaded the updated Revolut app
  2. You have restarted your device
  3. You have cleared the cache cookies of your phone
  4. You have a strong wifi connection

Hello! I am not getting an email to confirm my account.

For several times now, I enter my phone number, receive an SMS with confirmation of entry, and then I do not receive an email. I tried to do it with several phone numbers and emails and it didn’t work. Please contact me.

I have same problem. I wrote in phone Numbers. Then i got to where to wrote passcode. But i dont have any account and it tells me to wrote in passcode. But i dont have any

I got in contact a few days ago through Twitter and managed to speak to an operator but I still haven’t solved my problem.
