I have transfered the money to the wrong person and i need to cancel it but there seems to be no one to help. Cant get a reply off the in app help. Can anyone help
Transfers can usually be cancelled within 24 hours if you request via in-app support chat. Not sure if that period applies for Turbo transfers, though.
I cant even get through on the online chat. There is no one there, customer service seems to be none existant
Someone will get back to you in mostly a few hours. When you request a live agent, you’ll get a message giving you the estimated waiting time.
