Need help tracking down payment

Could you please help me locate a payment in the USD pooled account? Even though the sendee uses my personal reference number, it always gets lost in transit. I can provide proof of payment if needed. Thank you

This is a community forum, we can’t really do anything about that. But you should contact support and they will help you. You can do that via the App. If Rita is blocking you then type in “Live Agent” :slight_smile:

Thank you for your reply and sorry for posting my request on the forum, but Rita has been stuck for 2 days and even typing “live agent” doesn’t help… I don’t know how to get in touch with Revolut :((
