My Revolut card blocked in Thaïland

Hello,
My Revolut card didn’t work at ATM in Bangkok’s Airport.
After 8 trials, it seems to be blocked now. I tried to buy something by internet with my Revolut account but it didn’t work either.
I am worried because I need to get the money which is on my Revolut account for my trip.
Could someone of Revolut staff help me ?

@SaraG I don’t work for :r: but just a thought, you haven’t turned ecommerce and ATM off within the app have you?

Hi @SaraG,

It seems you are entering the incorrect pin.

To retrieve your pin, go on the Revolut app --> “My Card” (Android) or “Card” (iPhone) --> “Show My Pin”

We have unlocked your PIN.

Indeed I have confused my PIN and my access code to the application…
Jetlag is not helping me :wink:

I can see your card fully active. It seems you are entering the incorrect pin.

Hello I’ve been having the same problem, my PIN is blocked and when I try to unlock my PIN in the app it says that it’s unlocked but when I go to buy something and use my Revolut card, using chip and pin, the machine still says that my PIN is blocked, can you please help me?
