My phone has been damaged and I need to fix it but for now I have the app on my iPad but the activation code is sent to my phone. I need to pay for the phone to be fixed but I need to top up my account. Please help!

After the code is sent, wait for a couple of minutes. Then tap “didn’t receive code”. You’re connected with support to help you out.

my iPhone’s screen is broken, and I will bring it to a service point, but before that can I disable the app? I don’t want they tinker with it somehow…
Just log out and you’re safe.
