I have send 20 GBP, in 25/04/2018 from Greece to Uk, in the account: GB47LOYD30801214088868, bank : LLOYDS BANK PLC, : Canada Squre, London, E145AB and the number of transaction is 20180424096065Β827 and the statment is " : Successfully received from the other bank".Unfortunately, until today the account was not charged. Please inform me of this happening?

Did you remember to use the reference code? It looks like you did a SWIFT transfer instead of a SEPA one.
After Bank transfer, in my phone, there are 2 choices, Local and Swift. The local has my name, my account and the sort code. On the other hand there reference and the information about bank (name, IBAN, …). The number of reference where used, when we deposit money.
Swift can take a couple of days
