You’ll need to get in touch with the in-app support team through the More tab of the app, clicking Help and then Chat with us. Type live agent and then explain your problem, and there shouldn’t be any issue :wink:

When you go inside the chat, just type “live agent” and you’ll be transferred to one, as shown in the image :wink:
