My card has been blocked whilst I am traveling in New Zealand and I have been contacting support for hours. I really need access to my card as I am moving hostel tomorrow and have no money to pay for it. I am extremely disappointed with this service and definitely will not continue to be a loyal customer unless this is resolved asap.
If your card is blocked and not cour account, you can unblock it by yourself from within the app.
