My card blocked for 2 days please someone help?

Hello revolut,
My account was blocked for 2 days because of security reasons!, the customer support told me I used too many payment options and they wanted to verify the debit card I used for topping up my account. I sent them everything they needed, now they have stopped responding and no one seems to be bothered about this? Is this why I ditched Monzo to shift to Revolut? I am very disappointed and I only wish to activate my account back. Can someone help me?
