My Business Account Blocked, and No Answer

Can someone please help urgently!

my business account has been blocked, and nobody is saying anything to me! The support is non-existent, communication is zero, and the in-app chat is nowhere near a solution to my problem.

The biggest worry for me is that nobody is telling me why I cannot access my account, and the only chat I have had from Revolut is a line, drawing my attention to another company I registered on Companies House, which I admitted was my company, and I demanded to know what the relationship between the registered company was with my being denied access to my funds, and for 24 hours now, nobody has said anything to me on the chat. I have resumed in my office, chatting them again, and they keep ignoring me.

I have read a few feedbacks here, and it appears Revolut is specialised in messing people and their businesses up. I have only been with them for two months, and thought I had bumped into something great, only to discover that some of my friends were right when they asked me to be careful with Revolut, but I ignored them and carried on- how wrong I was!

suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners, and urgent business transactions, all negatively affected by this singular act of unprofessionalism. the least you could would be to tell a customer why he cannot access his account, and tell him what he needs to do to get the matter resolved, but they are doing nothing! I am absolutely gutted, and need this resolved as quickly as possible.
