My account is still blocked, even after confirming my 4 digit codes from my bank statements



I recently used 2 cards to top up my Revolut account. This put a block on my account, asking me to enter 4 digit codes which appear on my bank statement.

I’ve provided these codes, but the app is saying that my account is still blocked. I’ve tried using the support chat, but the last I heard from anyone was yesterday.

What can I do to unblock my account?
