My account is currently blocked


The application shows “Verify your account”. But I can’t verify anything.
I don’t have any answer from support.

What do i have to do???


@FULGENCIO I assume you have used the account before and this is an issue that has occurred recently.

After updating the app to version 4.3 or version 4.4 I had the same issue on my Android device. The solution was to completely remove the app and re-install OR to remove the app-specific cache and then re-open it.

It makes a lot of sense after they introduced business accounts. All the support is now prioritises business clients.
