My account has been accessed by someone else and I’m blocked from my account. I’m a premium member yet I cannot access my account. Customer services is unavailable as I’ve had to register again with no success

@Scotia You should still be able to access support even with any block on the account! Have you managed to get in touch?
I have eventually managed after several hours of trying yesterday. They said they were transferring me to the compliance team and I’m still waiting.
I can see that a member of our compliance team has responded to your in-app messages.
Are you able to get back to them?
I go the same case, but when I restart the app my chat goes back to RITA, I’m not sure if I can go back to it again.
