i contact your support team, but nobody told what should i do on the next step

But the sender is my friend,
the account detail is personal detail,
i cannot provide to others.

You have to prove the source of your funds in order to be able to use :r:. I don’t know whether they’re asking you for his personal info or just to justify the income. Perhaps you could ask your friend for permission? :wink:
