Is it possible to have multiple € accounts ?
2 different IBAN with 2 different € account

You can use personal and pooled account, but pooled is one for all, and personal is one for each person.

So I can give one of my customer a € IBAN number and another customer another € IBAN number and the balance of each will be separated in my business revolut ?

With Revolut Business you can create more than one account for the same currency and receive separate payments accordingly.
