Moved to Singapore, cannot login

Hi Revolut,
I recently moved to Singapore from the UK, so I asked support to update my details. Then I did a full logout and now the App doesn’t let me in.

Can you please unblock it or restore the previous configuration?
Hopefully my account and settings are still there :slight_smile:

are you still using the same UK number?

Do you still have a residence in the UK? If not, you would need to close the account as you need to have a residence in Europe to maintain an account.

No I am on the new SG number

that’s the problem, you have to login with your UK number and then change it. Revolut is not available to SG residents.
