Honestly, I am so shocked that I am struggling to get some help. The In-App support is TERRIBLE, the only response I got so far is “Hello” and NOTHING.
I have contacted Revolut via Twitter, sent a message and still nothing!
I sent £750 to an overseas account to pay for some urgent medical bills for my uncle who has stage 4 cancer. To my surprise the money did not get received and so upon checking my Revolut account it says “Your account has been blocked for security reasons”
Where on earth did my money go? Why cant i get some assistance? It is vital that the money gets sent through ASAP, or at the very least refunded so i can transfer it another way. CAN I PLEASE GET SOME ASSISTANCE!
