Money transfer via physical bank

I’d like to know If I can add funds from my local bank (not credit card) to both virtual and physical revolut cards.

You can. Actually it wouldnt go to any of the cards but to your account(s). Which currency are we talking about?

I am talking about EUR account

If you havent opened/activated your personalised/local EUR account, do so and you will have an IBAN where you can transfer the funds via SEPA (not SWIFT).

So they actually go into the account and I can use them from both virtual and physical card?

Yes, your card(s) have access to all your accounts.
