I and my wife both signed up for premium and got verified. Every time I try to transfer any amount funds to her account, I get the “Money transfer failed. …” error. No additional information. And the help channel within the app has been completely useless. I have been repeatedly told to try again tomorrow.
Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?
Support is telling me it’s a block on my account. I should just wait for some time, and try again.
