Money not transferred to my account

Hi. I’ve transferred money to my revolut account some 10-15 days ago from my bank account. It has not yet been credited.
I’ve checked the transfer made back then and that seems to be correct.
How can I either have my money transferred to my revolut account or transferred back to my bank account. Support service is just ignoring my requests and I start believing that money is gone and this is just a con…
