Made a payment from my Revolut account to my Spanish bank account which has not gone in. The payment was made 5 working days ago and all the details have been checked and are correct. I have transferred into the same account previously with no issues. Getting no response from the in app chat. Please help!!!

I have spoken to a customer service advisor via the in app chat who has sent me a statement which shows the transaction was completed and have been advised to speak to the bank and present them with the transaction statement. I will update when the bank have gotten back to me
