Missing money from second day & still no reply or suppport!!

Hi Team, PLEASE this is urgent!

In the U.K. the issues are NOT resolved !! I miss money from my account, the transactions do not update in full & more importantly not only you show no correct transactions history so I can get my balance back but NOBODY replies from the support!

This is extremely worrying and disappointing - any ideas please when the issues will be fixed for real & when we can have access again to our funds?

How can this disaster take place & we get neither warning nor support?? :pensive::pensive::pensive:

They’re on it. Some customers have already received the fix, it seems, and they’re working hard to make everyone get a fix ASAP.
