MerchantAPI: Cannot retrieve customers or their payment methods in Sandbox


I have some issues with receiving information about the customer and their payment methods(cards) in the sandbox environment(the production environment is working correctly). I’ve noticed the issue only today(it was working on 2024-05-24T16:00:00Z).

After a payment method is added to the customer,{customer_id}
returns 500 error code. However, the customer would still be returned in the customer list.
The behavior is the same for newly created and existing customers: if any payment methods were added then an error with status code 500 will be returned.

Same problem here since this morning… My development process is blocked!

Hello, it is working since days… Thank you very much!

However, I was blocked in my developments for several days. Is there a way to be informed of such incident more quickly? (just a short note to say, yes it’s an incident would be appreciated even not enough). That would allow us to do not waste our time in searching for an inexistent bug in our programs. Being completely in the dark is really not what I would expect from Revolut! Is there a support services that we can contact in such situations?
