Merchant rejected my purchase twice but Revolut debitted my account twice


€10 on 10th of July and €10 on 14th of July got debited on my Revolut account even though merchant claims payment was declined (merchant is a French Virtual Mobile Network Operator)


If these transactions are pending they should settle on their own automatically! If 10 days pass and they have not completed, or complete incorrectly please reach out to us and we can see about issuing a chargeback.
