Meh Support. Android Pay billing bug

Hi all,
Loving Revolut and the low international fees, beats my HSBC debit beautifully.

However, I have a few of major bugs:

  1. A payment has been pending for nearly a month now, and each time I contact support I keep getting told to “check the day after” and it has not been resolved.

  2. I also get multiple notifications for each support reply, and I raised this on live chat and I was told that someone from development would be in touch. This has not happened.

  3. I made a topup using Android Pay, I entered £5 and pressed next, it did all the usual thinking about it and processing. I then got an alert to say that £10 had been taken. I spoke to a friend about this, and he told me that £5 was not possible. Why was I not told of this when I made the topup? I raised this to support, who did not seem to care that I had just had my Visa billed by Revolut for an amount that I did not authorise.

  4. I have a Google Nexus 6P, and Revolut freezes and crashes a lot.

I hope that by posting on this community, I can actually get some help.

Thank you for your feedback.

  1. The pending transaction has been reverted back. You can check your balance :slight_smile:
    If it’s still pending please log out and log back in.

  2. After logging back it should be ok.

  3. We have reported it the tech team, and they’re looking into it. Indeed the minimum amount is 10£.

  4. Try to reinstall the app, and let us know.
