Loving Revolut and the low international fees, beats my HSBC debit beautifully.
However, I have a few of major bugs:
A payment has been pending for nearly a month now, and each time I contact support I keep getting told to “check the day after” and it has not been resolved.
I also get multiple notifications for each support reply, and I raised this on live chat and I was told that someone from development would be in touch. This has not happened.
I made a topup using Android Pay, I entered £5 and pressed next, it did all the usual thinking about it and processing. I then got an alert to say that £10 had been taken. I spoke to a friend about this, and he told me that £5 was not possible. Why was I not told of this when I made the topup? I raised this to support, who did not seem to care that I had just had my Visa billed by Revolut for an amount that I did not authorise.
I have a Google Nexus 6P, and Revolut freezes and crashes a lot.
I hope that by posting on this community, I can actually get some help.
