Maestro and Mastercard with 3D-secure not working

Hello I tried adding funds to my account with several Mastercard and Maestro cards with 3D secure enabled without success. The error says that it is not possible to process my request at the moment. Nevertheless with a Visa credit card with 3D secure the process worked flawlessly.

I checked with my bank and they say the problem is on the terminal (Revolut) side.

Furthermore my account is now blocked. I guess it was because I tried adding more funds with my wife’s card.

Support is taking too long to answer and I needed to make an urgent international transfer.

Can anyone help?
