Loved Revolut then found out they use "pooled accounts" NIGHTMARE

I made some transactions to financial/investing companies that have refused to credit my account until I show proof of transfer.

So I think great, Revolut have a built in pdf statement export.

Export works great.

However the ACCOUNT NUMBER DOESN’T MATCH the one used to make the transfer.

I asked support and someone said Revolut will make a statement where the current account number matches. 7 days later nothing.

If the company reverses the payment will the money go back to my Revolut account?
