Lost SIM card & poor support chat


Hi there - my phone & SIM card have been stolen and I am therefore unable to get access to the 6 digit activation code for logging in. I have tried to contact via the in-app chat function but this never lets me speak to a live agent and I’m having try over and over again with no response. I have money in my Revolut account which I’d like to use but if I am unable to get this issue resolved I’m likely to have to search for an alternative. Is there any way of being contacted via email?
