Lost Phone in Colombia

Lost Phone while travelling.
Card still works but would like to cancel app on lost phone if possible.

Also would like to know reference number so I can top up account via bank transfer.

Cannot chat to support with out the app.

No one has been in touch.
Phone number associated with Revolut account is +447511354500.
Colm McCarthy is my name.

I’m hoping you could do 3 things for me:

  1. Block my lost phone access to my Revolut account as a precaution
  2. Tell me the balance on my account at the moment
  3. Give me the account reference number I need to transfer money to my
    Revolut account.

I don’t think this is the best place for urgent support like this. You should use the Revolut Facebook or Twitter accounts. On Twitter it’s @RevolutApp.
