Hi tried customer service but no luck. I lost my phone and sim but I have revolut card.How do I access my account from a new phone please?

You should be able to see a “I have changed my phone number” link from the login screen when you download the app from a new phone or reinstall it
I get to a point where I put in last used number and my pass code and after that I get standard customer support message with no instructions but directing to faq page
