I have just transferred £360 to my revolt account, now I am locked out!!! And customer support are not replying to me on that revolt app chat. This is very inconvenient as I need to make a payment today using the revolt app.
This has been discussed three times in the forum… Just today!
Basically, the answer is, if support is not responding…
- Ask through Twitter or Facebook clicking here or here
- Ask the ever-nice @AndreasK (when he comes online)
- If your problem is not solved within a reasonable timeframe, consider raising an official complaint

Hi Andreas my account is currently blocked I’ve made a few transactions with this account previously .I have money in it at the moment that i tried to send it to my coinbase account and was asked to verify my bank account card linked to my revolut account which i did and was then locked out.Any chance of some assistance as I’ve had no luck on the support chat on the app.
