Locked out of Revolut account after bank verification - PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I have managed to verify my bank cards by entering the 4 digit pins that are on my bank statement but I am still locked out for some reason!?

There seems to be little to no customer support at all, I am starting to even query the safety of my funds in my Revolut account…

This banking app is a great idea but without any support, it is hard for customers to trust.

Someone please help and resolve this.

I contacted Revolut via twitter and this got sorted very quickly. I recommend anyone with the same problem to contact them on there. Happy days.
