locked out of my acvount

After making a payment on Monday…i entered my Revolut statement I’D only to be locked out. I have tried the support to no avail. It’s is it now coming up to 2days with no access or no support. On the app I can only access the chat support page. I have received no advice. Please restore my faith in Revolut

Still no help. I have tried those avenues. This is beyond ridiculous

I have the same issue. After entering a Revolut statement id I got locked out. I’ve been blocked from using my account for 3 days and support are not replying to any of my messages.
