Locked out of account- Verification code unobtainable

Hello,

In app chat has proved useless particularly Rita hence my request for help here.

I have a Revolut card as the function for me is extremely useful as I travel.

The recent app update has locked me out of my account.

I no longer have access to the phone number I used to sign up as I have been in Canada for nearly 12 months. However I was still able to login to view my account but the recent update now requires me to use a verification code in addition to my pin. A verification code that I cannot receive as I’m not using the mobile number linked to the account.

Can someone please reply to this or email me directly so I can access my account.
