I have moved from the US to the UK, and as I was trying to migrate my account to my UK number, the app crashed and I was logged out.
- When trying to log back in using my US number I can’t receive the verification code because that line can only receive SMS when in US soil - and I’m now living in the UK.
- I can’t use the in app chat because I cannot log into the app.
- I’ve tried calling your automated phone line (+442033228352) but the line drops before anyone picks up.
I’ve run out of options and I would appreciate some help.
