my account has been locked due to some not recognised operations in my account.
After proving my card with a scanner and number from the statement, my account was locked. The main reason that scanner did not recognize my card and scanned wrong numbers.
Now I am trying to fix with support and waiting time is 24 hours, which is not acceptable.
I am travelling now, and do not wait to spend my holidays sitting and waiting for the response.
