Locked Account - Scan card : support chat does not work.

Hello! I am still quite a rookie on Revolut. I just got my physical Revolut card and start to transfer some money to it by a virtual credit card because my physical debit card does not have CVV. It happens that now my account is blocked and it asks to scan my credit card (which in fact is virtual) to unblock my account. Any idea or help, please? Thank you very much in advance.
