Live agent request


Have an issue with a sterling payment. Retailer advises me that card failed - failed 3D stage. Have spent 2.5 hours waiting on an agent to respond to the case duly documented by me. What is the problem with support?


Support has been overwhelmed as you can see on the top of the app when you open the chat. They responded to me at 4am today for a question I asked yesterday. Not so ‘live’ but I think patience is key for now… :slight_smile:


Revoluts card does not support 3D verification. Im pretty sure its written like… everywhere…
