Link already disabled card?

Hello,

I initially ordered a revolut physical card which was later for some reason cancelled and fully refunded (before I even get it). Support suggested I should re-issue a new one and so I did. Currently I have two cards in my hand. Can I link the first one again so that I give one card to my wife or should I go ahead and throw it away?
