Limit Verification still processing after 4 days, no help from support :(

Hi guys,

I’m awaiting my limit to be verified. It says on the app that it will take 24hrs, I’ve messaged support with no luck.

As a result, a recent transfer is not showing on my account. Is there any news on when support will respond and look into the issue?
