Lies from Revolut

I put a post online hoping to get some attention to it because I felt that the system was wrong to charge users for transactions that they have not authorised. Revolut replied saying it had been resolved and then closed the post. It is now over 48 hours since I requested help and it was in fact a lie that it has been resolved. No one has answered my questions in the app and no refund has been provided. It is wrong to make it seem like you have handled something on the forum and not follow through with it in reality.
