I signed up, topped up and ordered a Revolut Card last night. However, when I was in the identity verification process, the support replied me saying that unfortunately my ID card has less than 3 months residency in the UK and asked me if I have another one that valid for more than 3 months.
My legal residency has only 2 months remaining, so I replied her so and asked what should I do next and if this means I am not entitled to use this service anymore, but then she just disappeared and left me with a lot more questions.
If at least three months residency is absolutely required for this service, isn’t it more reasonable to specify it in the FAQ? Isn’t it more reasonable to verify customer’s identity before they even put money in this service that apparently cannot be used by some people?
