Lead time for verification

I have submitted my documents 24 hours ago and my account is still under verification.

Could anyone please let me know when should I expect verification completed?

Contact revolut in support,just remind them.
Had same thing this moorning,and now all been sorted . Took around 36hrs for me to instead of 24 . :slight_smile:
Pretty happy anyway.

The support in app is not working. Is there another way to contact them?

Either twitter or ask Ritabot in support for

" Live agent "

Might take some time. You can state your matter when first live agent responds.
Don’t worry if you miss them,your chat don’t disappear,and will be looked at anyway.
